General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope of application
For all orders via our online shop the following terms and conditions apply.
Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, which acts in exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, possibilities of correction
The purchase contract is concluded with Sandra Unden (BlueDuck Saddlery), Sonnenfeld 35, 3351 Weistrach, Austria.
By placing the products in the online shop we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Confirm Purchase" button. After submitting the order you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German, English and French.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Terms of delivery
Unless the description of a selected product explicitly states otherwise or a different delivery time has been communicated to the buyer by e-mail, delivery will be made within 7 working days.
In case of payment via bank transfer or Paypal, this period begins on the working day after the payment has been received on our account.
You have the possibility to pick up your order at Sandra Unden, Sonnenfeld, 35, Weistrach, Austria after making an appointment.
5. Payment
The prices shown in the shop are the final prices plus shipping costs.

The prices are VAT-free due to the small business regulation § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG
In the case of a shipment to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order,
which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but are to be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities.

In our shop, the following payment methods are available to you:
Bank Transfer
If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
PayPal
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Cash on pickup
If you choose the payment method cash on collection, you pay cash in EUR. An appointment will be arranged.
6. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport damages
If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately.
8. Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty regulations apply.
9. Dispute resolution
